This website is operated by Manassen Foods Australia Pty Limited (ABN 78 001 356 449), of 8 Interchange Drive, Eastern Creek NSW 2766. We are responsible for the PROLIVE website and are authorised to use the PROLIVE brand.
2. About PROLIVE products
PROLIVE is a fermented milk drink with probiotic cultures. It can be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet and active lifestyle.
PROLIVE combines probiotic cultures with prebiotic fibre. We call this PRE+PRO. Check the current product label for ingredients, nutrition information and approved claims.
Product details, ingredients, packaging and availability may change. We try to keep the website up to date, but the product label may contain newer information. Always check the current label before you buy or consume a PROLIVE product.
PROLIVE products are sold by selected supermarkets and other retailers. Products may not be available in every store or location.

If you buy a PROLIVE product from a retailer, your purchase is from that retailer and is subject to the retailer’s terms. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

If you interact with PROLIVE on social media, the platform’s terms also apply. Please avoid posting personal or sensitive information publicly. If your message concerns an allergy, product quality or safety issue, contact us privately so we can help.
We want reviews and comments to reflect genuine experiences. We will not knowingly create or publish false or misleading reviews. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, unsafe, irrelevant or infringes another person’s rights. We will not remove genuine criticism simply because it is unfavourable.
10. Content you share with us
You keep ownership of content you submit. Please only submit content you created or have permission to share, including permission from anyone shown or heard in it.
If we invite you to submit content for a campaign or possible publication, the relevant form or campaign terms will explain how we may use it. We will ask for any additional permissions we need.

PROLIVE does not currently offer competitions, giveaways, sampling activities or promotions through this website. Information about stores or retailers that may stock PROLIVE is a guide only. Ranges and stock vary by store and may change without notice. We cannot guarantee that a product will be available at a particular location.

We try to keep the website available and working properly, but it may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, interruptions or errors. We may update, suspend or remove content or features when reasonably necessary.
